Our returns policy is valid for 28 days

Returns authorisation

Before returning any item please follow our returns authorisation by going to orders in your account. Select the relevant order and click the 'Registration of the return' link and follow any on-screen instructions. We will email you a returns authorisation number along with details on how and where to send your return. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return which does not include a returns authorisation number.

Packing the item

Wrap the item securely and the authorisation email. Usually the packaging in which the item was sent can be used for its return.

Replacement or refund

We will ask you if you would like us to replace the item (provided it is still available), credit your account, issue a gift certificate or refund your card.

Faulty or damaged item

You may return any item that was faulty or damaged when received for a full refund. We will credit your account, issue a gift certificate or refund your card once we have received and processed the item. In these cases we will also refund the return postage.

Duplicate or incorrect item

You may return any duplicate or incorrect item sent to you as a result of our error for a full refund. We will credit your account, issue a gift certificate or refund your card once we have received and processed the item. In these cases we will also refund the return postage.

Unwanted item

You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will credit your account, issue a gift certificate or refund your card once we have received and processed the item. We will only refund postage if the return is a result of our error. We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error.

Can I return my discounted Multibuy item?

Discounted items can be returned to us if they are unwanted, incorrect, faulty or arrive in a damaged state. We are able to offer you a replacement for any discounted Multibuy items.

Can I return my main or qualifying Multibuy item?

Main or qualifying Multibuy items can be returned to us if they are incorrect, faulty or arrive in a damaged state. We are able to offer you a replacement for any qualifying Multibuy item. Due to the nature of these promotions we cannot offer you a refund for the main or qualifying item alone.

How we test returned items

We test every single return. If a returned item is found not to be faulty by our independent test centre we will return the item to you and you will be liable for the postage.
